This salad is easy, impressive and great to serve up for guests or family.
Fresh locally grown asparagus makes this recipe even better!
Ingredients:
12 Fresh Asparagus Tips (leaving some stem)
4 Green Onions finely chopped
8 tbsp Garlic Vegetable Salad Splash
Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Spinach Leaves
Directions:
Steam Asparagus until just tender
Drain
Bed a salad plate with Spinach
Top with Asparagus and Onion
Splatter Salad Plate with Garlic Vegetable Salad Splash
Garnish with cheese and serve!
