| Cajun Birch Tree Shrimp
- 1/3 Cup Cajun Spice
- 2 Table Spoons Butter
- 8 - 12 Large Uncooked Shrimp (Also works well with Scallops)
Directions:
Thaw Shrimp and coat in your favourite Cajun spice (Blazin Beaver Southwest Seasoning will also work well). Let sit for a half hour. Put skillet or frying pan on high. Add butter to the frying pan. Let the butter melt, then add shrimp. Drizzle half the Birch Tree Syrup over the shrimp. Sprinkle the Chipotle Hot Sauce over shrimp. Mix well and let cook for 2 minutes. Flip the shrimp and drizzle the remaider of the Birch tree Syrup over the shrimp. Toss and mix well with spatula and cook until shrimp are firm. Serve and enjoy. |
