Maple Glazed Garlic Cajun Pork Chops


- 4 One inch Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons The Pickle Guys Original WOW Sauce *
- 4 tablespoons Brickstone Carmelized Onion Confit
- 2 teaspoons Black Magic Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple butter
- 1/4 your favourite cajun spice


Directions:

Using a sharp knife, cut the pork 3/4 down the center to allow for stuffing. Mix the garlic wow sauce and carmelized onion. Stuff the centre of the 4 pork chops evenly with the Wow Onion mixture. Place the Pork Chops in a suitable dish for marinating (top flap of porkchop down).

Mix the Black Magic and Maple butter together thoroughly (place in microwave for 20 seconds) to make for easier spreading. Once thoroughly mixed, apply the mixture to the entire Pork Chop. Sprinkle your favourite cajun spice over the Pork Chops on top of the maple glaze.

Cover and leave to marinate for 1 hour then throw on the grill.
