Peppered Maple Sugar is an outstandingly versatile product that can be utilized in a variety of ways. It is an excellent maple bbq meat rub for chicken, fish, steak or pork. It is a great culinary enhancement on bacon or cereal. We recently sprinkled it over sliced bananas and grilled the bananas (as shown in picture on left). We wrapped the banana's in a chocolate crepe and topped with Maple Syrup and Ice Cream....Wow.....I mean Wow! Give it a try.
