Our SeaChange Pates are very popular and very good - we receive orders from all over the world craving the fresh Canadian canned tastes of Salmon, Lobster and Crab.
For a bit of different serving suggestion (and an easy appetizer to keep "in the cupboard" until surprise guests drop by) try THIS:
Ingredients:
Your choice of Lobster Pate, Crab Pate or Salmon Pate
1/4 cup Sour Cream
Herbs of Choice
RainCoast Crisps
- Mix contents of one SeaChange Pate with 1/4 cup of Sour Cream and stir until smooth.
- Mix in 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh herbs (try chives with smoked Salmon Pate, Dill with Crab Pate and Basil with the Lobster Pate).
- Stir gently and then serve as a spread with a soft baguette or interesting crackers like our RainCoast Crisps or as a dip with fresh vegetables.
